Northern Maine for Christmas week 2015

Moosehead Lake, Maine

This was the best week!  After Christmas we packed the car and headed to Moosehead Lake with friends to celebrate the holiday and our friends wedding.  Seven hour trip into the mountains!  No wifi or cell towers to speak of.  Just us and our littles and friends and their littles.  Doesn't get better!  XO.

Christmas 2015

Love Christmas with the little ones. 

This year we left for Maine a day early to miss the snowstorm.  Our house was filled with toys and presents from Santa which were torn through in no time between Vivien and Wesley.  Vivien was mostly interested in the boxes and wrapping paper :)  She is walking now and on the move! 

It's a new world for her.  She runs with Wesley mostly, and hides and climbs and opens doors and pulls down books! 

She's also such a girly girl and loves clothes and shoes and hats!   



Happy birthday Vivien - 1 year old

a year ago today our little angel girl was born. we love her to the moon and back and remember this magical day like it was yesterday. happy birthday baby vivien. soon you can have some cake, we promise :)))

11 months at the apple orchard

Eleven months now.  Vivien has three teeth and more coming in and eating apples here.  She's crawling now and on the go!  Here we're celebrating the fall season with some cider making :)

Not a moment goes by when one is not looking for the other..LOVE THEM!



Girl Time

I love my girl time with little Vivien!  We like to hang out and chat, read books, play with blocks and dolls and throw in a little tummy time too!  At 8 months, Vivien has a lot to say, sits up, flips over and does a really cute backwards shuffle.  She really is the most pleasant little person I know :))

She loves her abacus

At 8 months, she's outgrowing her baby rattles and squeaky toys.  She's now figuring out how to maneuver around and likes her toys more challenging like the abacus - colors and counting all in one.  But what she really likes is to knock it down over and over again :)))

Seven months!

Vivien is getting so big and curious about everything.  She loves to watch the trees and watch people and always quick to smile.  She loves these blocks and especially loves to knock them down and see us all stack them back up so she can knock them down again!

Mother's Day

This Mamma is feeling grateful today.  Anna and Cindy, you are always in my thoughts like sisters who do not live near but stay close to the heart.  I am celebrating this day because of your trust, strength and courage.  Sending my love today.

Vivien is a the best traveler.  we decided on a Spring break and flew out to visit Auntie Becky and Callie.  She got to get her toes in the sand for the first time and loved it!!  Callie and Vivien will be the best of friends.

Happy Spring!

Yep, first day of Spring and we are still getting snow.  Boston snow fall this winter broke all records of the most snow!  But Spring is around the corner and we are all ready for the next season.  Vivien weighs in at 14 lbs and is doing very well.  She sleeps through the night on most nights and is always cheerful and pleasant.  We love her!!!

4 months today

Vivien at four months is a joy.  She's so sweet and easy going.  She  loves to smile and laugh especially when she's watching Wesley.  And.. she has a lot to say and is trying out her vowels and noises.  We all LOVE her to the moon!!

Blue eyes and butterflies

It's a snowy winter this year and we are getting more snow this week.  This little one is bundled up and ready to run errands with Mommie.  Love the blue butterfly dress with warm winter socks.
